LIRAN AHARONI
Where creative strategy
meets AI and real-world use
Applying creative thinking to user behavior, adoption, and how ideas actually land in the real world.
Senior creative and strategy leader with 15+ years across content, campaigns, production, and digital systems. Over time, the work expanded into AI-enabled workflows, behavioral thinking, and system design shaped by real-world use.
Not a classic creative director. Not just another strategist. A hybrid operator working across both.
What I Do
Two sides of the same thinking. Ideas that don't just look good, but work in real systems.
CREATIVE WORK
Selected campaigns, productions, and visual direction
Creative execution built the foundation. System thinking reshaped how I approach it today.
AI PRODUCT SYSTEMS
Selected Systems
Not all of these are finished products. Some are systems, experiments, or early-stage applications, but all reflect how I think and build.

BEHAVIOR LAYER
Bestie.ai
Scaling creator interaction through AI-driven conversation systems

PARTICIPATORY EXPERIENCE
SodaStream AI Experience
Turning a campaign into a product-like interaction layer

AI PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Studio48
Turning visual production into a repeatable AI-enabled workflow
HOW I THINK
I don't approach projects as isolated campaigns.
I approach them as systems.
Systems of behavior, attention, and interaction.
Where most work focuses on visibility, I focus on what happens after. How something is understood, used, and repeated.
Over time, this naturally extended into product thinking, AI-assisted workflows, and the design of systems that connect ideas to real usage.
BACKGROUND
Experience
I come from years of building creative strategy, content systems, and campaigns across brands and platforms. Over time, the work expanded — from ideas into systems, from campaigns into behavior, from content into how things are actually used. The path led into product thinking, AI tools, and workflow design, built on the same creative foundation.
LEADERS (LDRSgroup / Stagwell International)
2019 – Present
Seven years across three consecutive roles. Built the creative and strategy function from boutique scale into a full-service advertising operation, then led the agency's shift to AI-native ways of working. Cumulative responsibility over dozens of brand clients, multi-million-shekel annual budgets, and teams of up to ~30.
VP Creative AI
2024 – Present
Leading LEADERS' transition to an AI-native agency. Defining and shipping AI-powered products and services, embedded both in internal operations and in client offerings.
- •bestie.ai — AI agent serving as a digital twin for influencers and brands. Defined positioning, voice, and product name.
- •LEADERSPROP.AI — Internal AI-powered proposal generator. Cut proposal build-time from a full day to an hour.
- •LCOE (Leaders Client Opportunity Engine) — Brand-research tool for the business development team, producing a tailored deck for every sales meeting. In active development.
- •AI components in client campaigns — SodaStream ENSO launch with a brand-tuned AI model; interactive AI-powered Rush Hour landing page for Renault.
VP Creative & Strategy
2020 – 2024
Led the creative and strategy function into a full-service advertising operation of close to 30 people at peak. Owned the agency's Pareto clients with annual budgets in the millions of shekels.
- •Nespresso — Four years leading digital and influencer strategy and creative. The VERTUO POP launch repositioned the brand to a younger audience and drove a sellout within three days. Creative later adopted by Nespresso in Belgium and Brazil.
- •Visa — Multi-year initiative with Publicis Groupe, including content productions in London, Madrid, and Athens alongside Disney. Now in its fourth year, with 18M+ impressions per cycle.
- •Sony PlayStation — Direct relationship with international marketing teams in Spain and Greece. Led a local Israeli production in a format with no precedent in the country. The brand embedded its local marketing lead within the agency team, under my management.
- •Creative and strategic ownership of yearly brand initiatives for SodaStream, Renault, Colgate, Chivas, Duty Free, Columbia, Goldstar, and XPENG.
